Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, the final product may have slight variations in color, placement, texture, or appearance.
Product photos are intended to provide a general representation of the product. Actual colors may vary depending on your device, screen settings, materials, and production process.
2. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products selected.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in situations involving incorrect pricing, inventory issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
3. Custom and Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted for customization, including:
- Names
- Spelling
- Dates
- Colors
- Sizes
- Design selections
- Images
- Other personalization details
A-Z Creative Customs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Once a custom order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Custom and personalized items are generally final sale and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Customer-Provided Images and Artwork
Customers may provide photographs, artwork, logos, names, or other content for customization.
By submitting content to A-Z Creative Customs for use in an order, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce that content.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their submitted content does not infringe upon another person's or company's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.
A-Z Creative Customs reserves the right to decline an order if submitted content presents a legal, safety, or production concern.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If a significant pricing or product error affects an order, we may contact you before processing the order or cancel the order and issue an applicable refund.
6. Payment
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or available third-party payment providers.
A-Z Creative Customs does not control the policies, security practices, or availability of third-party payment providers.
7. Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed according to the processing times stated in our Shipping Policy.
Non-custom/ready-to-ship orders: 5–7 business days.
Custom and personalized orders: 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding shipping, delivery delays, incorrect addresses, damaged packages, and other shipping matters.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because many of our products are personalized, custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within the applicable timeframe.
9. Website Content
The content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, written content, and other materials, belongs to or is used by A-Z Creative Customs and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
